FINALLY WARPAINT are being noticed. I like to claim that I was really one of the first people that started obsessing over them, even back when Shannyn Sossamon was still in the band. Warpaint are my prized possession, my emotional masochism, my overwhelming pleasure. Actually don’t even bother reading the rest of this entry, just download the tracks and listen your way to oblivion. Unless you have an emotional intelligence level that falls somewhere between the new Leighton Meester single and a Crookers remix. Because you have to REALLY listen to these tracks. You have to appreciate the sincerity, the brutal honesty and yearning. You must let yourself go over the beauty.
